Even small steps will help you reach goals. Some goals require big, dramatic action, others require small steps. We certainly get more instant gratification from the dramatic, but don’t discount the effectiveness of the small steps. Sometimes it’s the slow and steady or even slow and wobbly that ultimately get us where we need to be.
This can definitely be the case when it comes to your health and wellness. It’s natural to decide that you want to be healthier, and then want to snap your fingers and bam! you’re healthier. But that’s not the way it usually works. It takes hard work, it takes discipline and it takes a having a clear vision of what you’re working toward. It may take a while, but every small step toward your goal is a step in the right direction.
