Listen to new music today. My husband is the best when it comes to being open to and finding new music. I, on the other hand, get stuck in a rut, and then find myself lacking when my selection doesn’t match my mood. Music helps us in a number of ways – to be creative, to soften or energize our mood, to let go of stress or even to get us through house cleaning. Music does wonders for us, but we have to be willing to explore to know what we like and to figure out what we need and when we need it. New music is coming out all the time or there may be something we missed along the way. We’re truly missing out if we don’t make a wide range of music among the resources available to us for our day to day lives.
