Yoga Instructor RJ Lisander says it gives us more flexibility, more strength, a stronger core, better muscle tone and even more focus. A new study shows that those benefits aren’t just limited to those on the younger end. For older adults, it can help to improve strength, balance and flexibility, as well as mental wellbeing.
