Shop the outside aisles of the grocery store. Navigating the grocery store may seem fairly straightforward, but if we’re not careful, we can get lost in the center aisles, where all of the processed foods live. That’s one of the easiest ways to get derailed from eating healthy foods and of sabotaging your health. Most of your time in the grocery store should be spent along the outside perimeters. That’s where the produce and meat are, and as we know, fresh foods are usually going to be healthier than processed foods.
